50/600mL bioreactor / test tube

Do you have any information on the optimal shaking diameter for the 50 mL bioreactor from TPP? We use a shaker with a choice of three shaking diameters: 12.5, 25, or 50 mm. I would like to know the best setting for volumes between 5 and 10 ml?

A typical setup is a 25 mm shaking diameter with a speed of 200 rpm. The culture volume could be 5 ml per tube.
